Technical Requirements

The system requirements listed below are applicable to Upland RO Innovation. Upland RO Innovation is a Software as a Service (SAAS) application that is accessed via a web browser, which opens new windows, tabs, and dialog boxes in the user interface.

Supported Browsers

Upland RO Innovation works hard to support all major browsers for our web platform. That list includes: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, and Safari. Before setting up your Upland RO Innovation environment, we ask that you look at your browser version and ensure that you're on the latest version. This is imperative because our technology is always current and many of our features won't be supported by older versions of browsers. Technical support is available for all supported browsers, but Upland RO Innovation does not fix defects related to older versions. If you have any questions regarding what browser you're using or anything else related to browser support, please reach out to Support.

Caution: Upland RO Innovation is ending support for Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) on Aug. 17, 2021. Microsoft is ending support for its Internet Explorer (IE) web browser (read announcement).
